About the position

We are looking for a forward-thinking individual for one of our clients in Åstorp who has good knowledge and a strong interest in production technology and who wants to be involved in upcoming assignments and projects.

As a production technician with us, you will work as needed and participate in various projects at the client's site. Working hours and the number of hours per week vary depending on the scope of the projects and the client's needs. The work is based in Åstorp, where you will spend time and work in both production and warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

In the role of production technician, you will support production in various improvement and development projects. You will, among other things, analyze and optimize production processes and document working methods. An important part of the job is to develop templates and routines, review existing processes, and work with continuous improvements. You will also work with SOP and implement and drive Lean initiatives to contribute to an efficient and quality-assured production.

Profile & Background

We are looking for someone studying production technology or another relevant education. The position is also suitable for those with extensive experience in production who want to share their knowledge and practical experience.

You have a genuine interest in production processes and want to develop or contribute with your expertise. It is an advantage if you have experience from production or project work, as well as knowledge in Lean, SOP, or improvement work. You are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and in teams.

Requirements: You have a driver's license and access to your own car, as well as other employment of at least 50%. Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are a prerequisite.
