About the role. We dare to say that we are quite far from traditional property management. As a colleague with us, you are expected to enjoy doing business. For us, it is about feeling a responsibility for how things go for Balder, our tenants, and our projects. You do not act selfishly, but for the best of the business.

In the role of commercial property manager, you have both economic and technical responsibility for your properties as well as responsibility for tenant relations from signing the lease to moving out. You belong to a team with a strong team spirit consisting of property management assistants, leasing agents, project managers, property caretakers, and facility technicians, among others. With us, you will work in an organization with broad internal expertise and fast decision-making processes!

About you. We are looking for you, a curious and experienced property manager, who knows about commercial properties. Who enjoys thinking about how we can increase our net operating income while also having as satisfied customers as possible. A love for numbers and calculations is a must in this position. But equally important is an interest in the people you meet, as a large part of the job is about building relationships. The equation? Economic sense and social agility.
