We are looking for a senior IT profile to drive critical treasury applications at Atlas Copco Group IT in Stockholm
Do you want to work closely with the business and take technical responsibility for business-critical treasury systems in a global organization? Atlas Copco is now seeking a Senior IT Specialist in Treasury Applications for Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for technical support and incident management in systems such as Quantum, Multibank, and ICE, as well as for rights management, change management, and compliance with audit requirements. You will work with data configuration, testing bank and payment integrations, training users, and supporting the Treasury and Trade Finance teams. The role also includes work with SWIFT servers, where you will ensure operational reliability and troubleshoot file transfers. For the right person, there is an opportunity to eventually broaden the role to that of Product Owner in a global company with a strong focus on professional development.

Your responsibilities
- Provide technical support and incident management for systems such as Quantum, Multibank, and ICE
- Manage rights, change management, and compliance with audit requirements
- Configure data, test bank integrations, and train users
- Administer SharePoint and support the Treasury and Trade Finance teams
- Work with SWIFT servers, ensure operational reliability, and troubleshoot file transfers
- Participate in projects related to automation, integration, and system improvements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders globally and drive product usage

The position is located in Stockholm, at the headquarters in Sickla, but involves close collaboration with experienced colleagues in a team of seven located in Sweden, the UK, Ireland, the Czech Republic, and China. The organization is characterized by freedom under responsibility, clear structure, and high-quality standards. You will report to a manager based in Shanghai with a coaching and trust-based leadership style.
Our expectations
You have a relevant university degree and are a senior IT specialist who has worked with support, configuration, and management of business-critical systems in larger organizations. You have a good understanding of treasury, payment, or finance applications and are used to managing complex environments where operational reliability and compliance are paramount. Experience with SWIFT infrastructure, including operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting, is an important part of your background, as is working according to ITIL processes and established change management routines. You have previously worked with systems such as Multibank, Quantum, ICE, or similar solutions in payments, netting, or cash management.
As a person, you are communicative and move effortlessly between technical teams and business stakeholders. You work in a structured manner, are reliable, and comfortable following defined processes. At the same time, you are self-driven and take responsibility for both results and development in your area. You are stable, practical, and thrive in an environment where accuracy and regulated handling are a given. Finally, you enjoy international contexts and have excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
