E-commerce Coordinator Merchandiser

Are you a digital strategist with an eye for detail, who also wants to work with two premium brands in sports and outdoor? Then you might be the one we are looking for! As an E-commerce Coordinator Merchandiser at Primus-Silva, you will be the hub between marketing, product, e-commerce, and web development – where you will operationally work to translate insights, content, and business needs into concrete improvements on the site.

Your Responsibilities

As an E-commerce Coordinator Merchandiser at Primus-Silva, you will be responsible for creating a visually clear, conversion-strong, and inspiring shopping experience on our websites. You will compile existing content, challenge existing material, and ensure that what we communicate in our web shops and on marketplaces is consistent and aligned with our brands. You will thus ensure that the right content, right products, and right messages are displayed in the right place at the right time.

We are currently working with AI solutions, and in your daily work, you will be driving the development, testing, and training of the AI solution so that we constantly improve. You will be part of a brand new team consisting of three people who work together to convert our website visitors into customers. Sales and brand communication interact significantly at Primus-Silva, and you will work closely with our end consumers at all stages.

Your Profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who has worked for a few years in similar roles and thus has technical understanding, an eye for quality design, and is well-versed in Shopify. You are proficient in Excel, PIM, and have experience in assembling newsletters and other marketing directed at end customers, as well as being able to build a landing page. As a person, you are independent, curious, proactive, positive, and have an eye for what needs to be done and when. Since the team is new, you should enjoy building something from the ground up, which may involve pitching in where needed and working largely operationally. You also need to have a genuine interest and understanding of outdoor products. Working simultaneously with two different brands under the same umbrella requires both flexibility and creates unique opportunities for you. It is a plus if you have experience with Klaviyo, digital and sales analysis, and/or SEO and A/B testing, but it is not a must.
