Creative Producer (Freelance) Wanted at Parks and Resorts

Do you want to work at the heart of a creative in-house agency and be the one who ensures that ideas turn into finished, high-quality deliveries? Parks and Resorts is now looking for a Creative Producer (freelance) who thrives in the production part of the creative process and has an eye for detail, craftsmanship, and quality.

About the Role

As a Creative Producer, you will be part of our creative hub and work closely with our creative duo and production manager at the Parks and Resorts in-house agency. The role is both independent and collaborative, focusing on taking ideas all the way to finished material across various channels.

Your responsibilities include:

• Extracting, producing, and finalizing advertising materials in various formats and media
• Working with moving images, digital, print, and still images
• Ensuring high quality in details, craftsmanship, and final delivery
• Collaborating closely with creators and production, while also working independently when needed
• Translating ideas into effective deliveries with an understanding of communication and advertising

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a creative environment where production, quality, and collaboration are in focus. You enjoy working hands-on in the creative process and have a good understanding of why we do what we do, not just how.

We would like you to have:

• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in similar work within creative production, advertising, or communication
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• A passion for the production part of the creative process
• A sharp eye for detail, craftsmanship, and quality
• The ability to work both independently and closely with others
• An understanding of the fundamentals of communication and advertising, and the ability to translate ideas into effective deliveries
• Basic knowledge of 3D production, such as Blender or Cinema 4D (preferred)
• A degree in design, for example from Berghs, Beckmans, HDK, or equivalent (preferred)

In short: you are the person who ensures that great ideas become equally great deliveries!

Practical Information about the Position

• Role: Creative Producer
• Employment Type: Consultant/Freelance assignment throughout 2026, with a chance for extension.
• Scope: Full-time
• Location: Gröna Lund
• Start: Immediately

This assignment is a consultant/freelance position where you will invoice us, so you need to have your own company or sole proprietorship. Terms and compensation will be discussed further during the recruitment process. A contract will be signed before the assignment starts.
