We are now looking for several new employees for RZ Torshällaverken. The company is facing a significant growth journey as they have a high and long-term order intake within the manufacturing industry. As a colleague, you will work in a team where you share responsibility for ensuring that planned volumes are produced with high quality standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The tasks mainly consist of welding, machining, and assembly. The company offers welding in most methods, primarily MIG/MAG and TIG. They have the capability to handle larger products and have a lifting capacity of 6 tons in their welding workshop. They offer both milling and turning, both single prototypes and recurring volume items. The company has extensive experience in manufacturing products that include assembly and testing. Here, we have the opportunity to develop a product together with our customer and deliver a finished product, ready to be used by the end user.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a person, you are driven, responsible, and productive. You work independently but also collaborate with other parts of the business within your area of responsibility. You have experience working in a workshop and have a strong technical interest. The role requires orderliness and precision as well as good skills in reading technical drawings. The work requires flexibility and independence due to the variety of tasks performed.

The following are requirements to qualify for the position:

• Possess some form of industrial technical education with welding knowledge or equivalent practical experience as a welder

• Workshop experience

• Experience in interpreting and reading technical drawings

• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Forklift license

• Overhead crane license.

• Hot work certification is an advantage.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position is a direct recruitment, and you will be employed by RZ Torshällaverken at their workshop in Torshälla. Working hours are either daytime or 2-shift.
