Prepress Technician / Final Art
Our client is now looking for a meticulous and structured Prepress Technician / Final Art to join their Packaging Execution team in Stockholm. This is a consulting assignment starting from 2026-02-01 to 2027-01-31, with the possibility of extension.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Prepress Technician / Final Art who wants to contribute operationally to the execution of packaging-related deployment projects in an international and fast-paced environment. The assignment involves supporting the Packaging Execution Team in the development, review, and quality assurance of packaging originals (Good-To-Print) in connection with an increasing number of projects and a higher production rate. The role has a clear technical focus and requires a good understanding of prepress processes, printability, as well as quality and regulatory requirements.
Main responsibilities:
- Development and review of packaging originals (Good-To-Print).
- Ensure that all materials meet requirements regarding printing, production, quality, and regulatory specifications.
- Verify technical feasibility and minimize risks in the prepress and printing process.
- Contribute technical expertise within prepress and graphic production.
- Ensure correct application of prepress standards throughout the process.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Completed secondary education. Post-secondary education in packaging design, graphic production, or equivalent is an advantage.
- At least two years of experience as a Prepress Technician or Final Art Specialist within the prepress or printing industry.
- Experience in packaging work such as graphic design, artwork, prepress, printing, and converting processes.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience from FMCG is an advantage.
- Knowledge of automation and/or programming is considered a plus.

- Team player who enjoys working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Adaptable and quick to grasp new tasks.
- Thrives in an international and fast-paced work environment.
Practical information:
The assignment is primarily conducted on-site. After the first month, there is an opportunity to work from home up to two days a week, provided that the tasks allow it.
