A municipality in the Stockholm area is now seeking an experienced graphic designer for a consulting assignment related to the communication work surrounding the introduction of property-close packaging collection. The assignment is carried out in close collaboration with the municipality's communication unit and focuses on clear, accessible, and behavior-changing communication.

As a consultant through Future People, you will play an important role in producing visual materials aimed at residents, property owners, businesses, and those living in archipelago environments.

About the roleThe assignment involves producing and further developing visual communication materials in line with the municipality's graphic profile and the project's visual concept related to local sorting. The work includes both digital and printed channels and requires a high degree of independence, while you work closely with the responsible communicator.

Examples of materials included in the assignment:

• Sorting information and guiding graphics

• Information campaigns and behavior-changing communication

• Signage, decals, and other physical materials

• Content for digital channels and social media

A large part of the communication takes place digitally, which places high demands on channel and target group adaptation, format optimization, and understanding of legal frameworks in various publishing channels.

• Have at least 5 years of documented professional experience as a graphic designer, art director, or equivalent

• Have experience working with municipal or public graphic profiles, including colors, typography, image style, and accessibility requirements

• Have experience in graphic production for the public sector or complex operations with multiple target groups

• Have experience in communication related to waste management, environment, sustainability, or behavior change

• Have a very good ability to produce and adapt materials for social media, including formats, moving materials, and target group-adapted messages

• Have experience in production for both print and digital publishing, including print originals

• Have the ability to independently interpret graphic guidelines and work closely with the communicator or client

• Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
