About the Assignment 🚀

Our client in the public sector is set to conduct a comprehensive project – initially as a pilot – to map and classify the organization's information. The aim is to test and establish a working method and a model for systematic information mapping and classification within a defined part of the organization. The pilot will be based on MSB's guidance for process-oriented information mapping as well as the client's existing support materials for information modeling. The outcome will create lessons and recommendations for future implementation across the organization. ✨

Your Tasks 🧭

You will be responsible for planning and executing the pilot's information mapping from several perspectives, including information security, archival reporting, laws and regulations, and utilization. The work involves inventorying and documenting information volumes, mapping internal and external information flows, identifying legal requirements related to the information, assessing risks, and proposing a classification model. You will lead interviews and workshops, develop support materials, and describe an adapted working method that can be scaled further. 💬📝
