About the assignment We are looking for a digital communicator/editor for a full-time consulting assignment through us at Bemannia for our client in Sundbyberg. The assignment is expected to start in February and will last until December 31, 2026.

Your tasks

As a digital communicator/editor, you will work with the authority's external websites. This involves writing editorial texts together with those who have operational knowledge and simplifying the language in our web content. It also involves maintaining and optimizing web pages and content, based on web analytics and other insights. You will collaborate closely with many experts in the organization. The work is done in tools such as Sitevision, Jira, and Matomo.

Your qualifications

• A degree in information/communication, journalism, or another post-secondary education that can be assessed as equivalent.

• Current experience working in a web publishing tool.

• Current experience in editorial work, as well as developing, managing, and enhancing content on external websites.

• Good current knowledge of plain language and a customer/target group-oriented approach.

• Good current knowledge of requirements for digital accessibility (according to the Accessibility Act for Digital Public Services).

• Current experience in changing content structures and reworking larger content areas.

• Basic current knowledge in web analytics and search engine optimization.

• Very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

• Good pedagogical skills and current experience (at least two years) as a writer/web editor in the last three years. You also need to be flexible, have good collaboration skills, and be used to taking initiative to achieve results and be self-driven. You should also be engaged and able to share your expertise.

Meritorious

• Experience with similar tasks within public operations.

• Experience working in Sitevision.
