Are you meticulous and structured? Do you have deep IT knowledge, preferably with experience in NIS2, IT security, or APIs? Do you want to help our clients create world-class documentation?

We have exciting projects underway with our clients and are now looking for someone with excellent IT knowledge who wants to work as a technical writer and develop as a consultant. The position is usually located in Greater Stockholm with our clients. Our own offices are located on Skeppsholmen.

As consultants, our clients' documentation is our core business. We help clients analyze, write, and organize their documentation. Technical understanding and experience are important, as well as being attentive, curious, and interested in the client's needs. Our clients are in many different industries, and if you have experience from IT, telecommunications, industry, finance, defense, or software development, it is an advantage. The most important thing is that you have good IT knowledge, for example in areas such as development, infrastructure, or IT security, as well as experience working with various regulations, such as NIS2. And that you are good at writing and structuring texts and find documentation important and interesting, of course!

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working with various types of technical information and documentation.
• Experience in more qualified roles in one or more of the industries we work in, such as telecommunications, IT, banking/finance, government, infrastructure, rail, energy, and Medtech.
• Excellent IT skills, for example in system development, IT operations, IT security, etc.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.
• Good social skills.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working as a technical writer/technical communicator.
• Knowledge of plain language and accessibility (WCAG).
• Knowledge of regulations such as NIS2 or DORA.
• Knowledge/experience of ILS.
• Experience working with UX writing.
• A degree or equivalent, e.g., as a system scientist.
• Good knowledge of document management systems, such as SharePoint or Confluence.
