We are currently seeking a Documentation Manager for a consulting assignment with our client – a leader in advanced technology and complex project environments. Here you will have the opportunity to take a central role and ensure that the project's documentation is of the highest quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and managing all project documentation throughout the project's lifecycle. You will ensure that the documentation meets internal requirements, customer specifications, and relevant quality standards. You will act as the central point of contact for documentation issues and work closely with project managers, technical specialists, customers, and external partners.

• Be the main contact for documentation issues with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Assign and manage document numbers and other identification systems.

• Ensure accuracy, availability, traceability, and information security in the documentation database.

• Define and quality assure templates, formats, and content in documents.

• Manage distribution lists and ensure that documentation is delivered on time and according to requirements.

• Receive, register, and distribute documents from external parties and ensure a proper review process.

• Be responsible for driving and managing document management systems (e.g., PLM, Windchill).

We are looking for someone with solid experience in document management, preferably from technology-intensive or regulated industries. You have an academic degree or equivalent professional experience and possess good knowledge of document control, configuration management, and digital document management systems such as Windchill and MS Office. To thrive in this role, we see that you have excellent organizational skills and are used to coordinating many different contact points. You also need to have an understanding of information security, export control, and regulatory compliance, as well as experience with quality standards such as ISO 9001:2015, where knowledge of ECSS is a plus. Additionally, experience from the space industry or international projects is a significant advantage.

This is a consulting assignment via Jurek with placement at our client in Kista. The expected start date is mid-May, and the assignment will run for 6 months, with good opportunities for extension.
