About the Position

As a technical coordinator, you will be the hub between the team, customers, and suppliers. You will ensure that communication flows smoothly, that information reaches the right people, and that processes are followed in a clear and structured manner. You will work from their lovely, modern office in Jordbro, close to both colleagues and customers.

Your daily work will be varied and rewarding – you will:

• Coordinate technical issues and projects
• Follow up on cases, emails, and documentation
• Be the contact person for customers and suppliers
• Be responsible for purchasing and ordering materials for workshop and service personnel
• Contribute to a smooth workflow and provide support to the team

We are looking for someone who

• Has technical experience and is accustomed to understanding and handling technical issues
• Has experience in coordination, administration, or project support
• Is structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented
• Enjoys keeping track of multiple processes simultaneously
• Has a knack for building good relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
• Has experience in purchasing or ordering
• Is familiar with documentation and follow-up of cases
