About the Role

As a Technical Coordinator, you will become the hub between the team, customers, and suppliers. You will ensure that communication flows smoothly, information reaches the right people, and processes are followed in a clear and structured manner. You will work from their fantastic, modern office in Jordbro, with close proximity to both colleagues and customers.

Your daily routine will be varied and rewarding – you will:

• Coordinate technical issues and projects
• Follow up on cases, emails, and documentation
• Act as the contact person for customers and suppliers
• Be responsible for purchasing and ordering materials for the workshop and service personnel
• Contribute to a smooth workflow and support the team

We are looking for you who

• Have technical experience and are accustomed to understanding and handling technical issues
• Have experience in coordination, administration, or project support
• Are structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy keeping track of multiple processes simultaneously
• Find it easy to build good relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
• Have experience with purchasing or ordering
• Are accustomed to documentation and follow-up of cases
