Web Communicators Wanted
Do you want to work at the intersection of technology, content, and user experience? Do you have a structured approach and a strong interest in web platforms and accessibility? We are looking for two experienced web communicators – one focused on external channels and one focused on internal channels – who want to be part of our teams in a socially important organization.

Unit Missions
Digital Communication
We are 15 employees responsible for external web, newsletters, social media, and language issues. The unit manages and develops the authority's digital communication and ensures clear language and a cohesive user experience.
Management Communication
We are 13 employees responsible for management communication, change communication, intranet, and provide communication support to the organization. The unit has target group responsibility for managers and employees and is responsible for branding and graphic profile.
Job Descriptions
We are looking for two web editors.
- Web Editor for External Channels primarily focuses on external web but is also a resource for the intranet.
- Web Editor for Internal Channels primarily focuses on the intranet but is also a resource for external web.
You will work in a team with web editors tasked with editing, adapting, and publishing content. As a web editor, you ensure that the content meets accessibility, clear language, and SEO requirements. Both positions require the ability to make all types of documents and content on web pages accessible. You will manage many contact points within the authority and work with ongoing management and development in close collaboration with IT. To succeed, you need to work well both independently and in a group. You also need to have a solution-oriented approach.
Your responsibilities also include:
- Producing, inventorying, and developing web content.
- Analyzing and following up on user behaviors, suggesting improvements, and managing the needs of the organization and target groups.
- Participating in and leading web-related development projects.
- Being a sounding board within the authority on accessibility issues.
Basic Requirements for the Position
- University or college education of 180hp/120p in media, communication, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience working with web and web development.
- Experience with digital accessibility.
- Excellent skills in spoken and written Swedish.
Additional Qualifications for the Position
- Experience working in government agencies or large organizations.
- Experience with search engine optimization.
- Experience with UX and design.

The positions are permanent full-time employment that may begin with a six-month probationary period. The workplace is the Swedish Public Employment Service's headquarters in Solna.
