About Us
The Swedish Armed Forces Logistics (FMLOG) is responsible for logistics support to units, schools, and centers within the Swedish Armed Forces – both nationally and internationally. Within FMLOG, the Armed Forces Transport Unit holds functional management responsibility for the transport service and coordinates the execution of strategic and operational transports of personnel, materiel, and entire units. Transports include air, sea, road, and rail, both within and outside the country.
About the Department
Within the Swedish Armed Forces, there are two departments booking travel: FM Res in Boden and Insats Resor in Stockholm. As Production Coordinator International, you will coordinate and develop the international travel operations from a holistic perspective in collaboration with both functions.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive and project-manage the development of the Armed Forces' travel operations with a special focus on international travel.
- Ensure high quality and compliance by ensuring bookings are made according to current contracts, regulations, and security requirements.
- Work cross-functionally in close collaboration with managers, procurement, and external suppliers to create efficient and sustainable solutions.
- Proactively identify areas for development, translate needs into concrete initiatives, and drive the implementation of improvements that strengthen efficiency and quality.
Requirements
- 3-year upper secondary education.
- Training in Track or equivalent (e.g., Amadeus).
- At least 3 years of experience with all relevant tasks at a business travel agency.
- Very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish and English.
- Documented good proficiency in project methodology.
- Experience in leading others without holding a formal managerial position.

Merits

- Experience in procurement within the travel industry.
- Good knowledge of coordinating and managing parallel assignments.
- Experience in structuring and designing routines for work teams.
- IATA certification.
- Knowledge of systems such as Linkonline and financial systems.
