Ultimate Football is an indoor arena in Upplands Väsby focused on football, activity, and movement. We primarily cater to children and families and aim to create a safe, active, and welcoming environment where movement and community are at the center. Here, sports and play meet, a place where everyone can have fun.

We are looking for a service and facility coordinator who will become a central part of our operations. The role is broad and suits you who enjoy variety, responsibility, and solving problems on-site. You will be the face of the arena and ensure that visitors, teams, and organizers have a positive experience.

This is a temporary position of up to full-time (40 hours/week) starting immediately until March 31.

The Role of Service and Facility Coordinator

You will be the face of the facility and an important part of creating a welcoming, well-functioning, and professional environment for both visitors, teams, and organizers. The role is broad and suits you who thrive on variety, responsibility, and providing service on-site.

Job Responsibilities

Your duties will include: • Service and reception of customers, visitors, and teams on-site • Welcoming guests and ensuring a good overall impression • Bookings, administration, and printing as needed • Operation of the café and sales to visitors • Organizing and executing tournaments and activities • Janitorial and simpler practical tasks • Basic cleaning as needed • General problem-solving in daily operations

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is: • Service-oriented, unpretentious, and solution-focused • Independent but enjoys collaborating • Structured and responsible • Comfortable with varying tasks and pace

Experience from hotels, restaurants, cafés, service, or similar operations is an advantage. However, the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and a genuine interest in service and people.

Good to Know

This is a temporary position of up to full-time (40 hours/week) starting immediately until March 31. Working hours are flexible and may include weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Scheduling and arrangements will be made in consultation with the employer.

The position is located at the facility in Upplands Väsby.
