Role Description

As a Web Content Editor, you will work on enriching products in our e-commerce platform and contribute to the development of the organization's master data management. The role is primarily focused on product information and technical data, as well as content creation and Customer Experience.

About the Role

• You will work in the Web Content department, consisting of 9 people, and be part of the Sales department, which comprises approximately 25 people.
• Proffsmagasinet has its office in newly renovated, fresh premises in Marievik at Liljeholmskajen, with a view over Årstaviken. We work in the office four days a week, with the option to work from home one day a week.

Main Responsibilities:

• Your main task is product enrichment and ensuring that product data follows quality standards and guidelines.
• Develop and optimize product information in our e-commerce platform so that it is accurate, relevant, inspiring, and helps the customer all the way to the purchase decision.
• Identify and rectify data errors and suggest improvements to processes and systems.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as SEO, UX, and Customer Experience, to ensure that article presentation meets business goals.
• Actively participate in team planning and contribute to efficient work in agile sprints.
• Contribute to developing and streamlining the team's working methods and support colleagues.
• Develop your technical understanding of systems, AI, and data-driven processes and suggest strategic improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Competence: Strong technical understanding of systems, data quality, and processes.
• Experience working in PIM systems and other related tools is advantageous.
• Experience with administrative tasks, preferably within e-commerce and our industry.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Good written skills and experience with sales-oriented product copy.
• Knowledge of Finnish, Norwegian, or Danish is advantageous.
