You photograph a campaign on Monday. On Tuesday, you retouch product images for the web. At most companies, the photographer is one voice among many in the production process. Here, you are the one ensuring that all visual elements are actually completed, from idea and concept to live on the website or large-scale creative campaigns.
About the roleSvenskt Kosttillskott operates several brands within e-commerce, and you will be the one keeping the visual language cohesive across all of them. You will become part of Creative and Production, a small team where you will have a significant role and considerable autonomy. The role combines all aspects of the photography craft: planning, shooting, retouching, and managing the image archive. The responsibility to deliver at the right pace independently lies with you. You work on everything from creative campaigns and social media production to the ongoing production that keeps the websites updated, and you collaborate closely with the Product Team, Ambassador Manager, Paid Media, and external partners. You report to the Creative Director.
What you will doPhotograph and lead the production of campaign, brand, and social media content for Meta and other channels, from concept to final image
Photograph, retouch, and upload product images to the websites, including packshots that must be consistent in quality and style, brand by brand
Book locations and lead models and ambassadors during shoots
Retouch and adapt images for web, social media, paid media, and print
Responsible for uploading and managing image assets for websites, image archives, etc.
Maintain contact with printers and production agencies when needed
You have professionally photographed still images for several years and understand the difference between an image that sells a feeling and one that sells a product. You enjoy taking ownership of the entire chain rather than just delivering a part of it, plan your own work without needing to be directed, and have the creative courage a campaign requires while being structured enough to keep track of ongoing production. You have a sharp eye for detail; it is the consistency of packshots across multiple brands that determines success. You are a doer who delivers on time, and a reliable team player who takes responsibility for both your own delivery and how the collaboration within the team functions. You see AI tools as a natural part of the work and know how to use them to optimize your production.
We believe you haveAt least 4 years of experience in professional still image production
Extensive technical knowledge of lighting and photography equipment, and proficiency with Sony FX3, Nikon Z, Profoto flashes, and gimbals
Experience with retouching in Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One
Experience planning shoots and leading models or ambassadors on set
Valid driver's license. You will travel to locations independently
Experience in video production is a plus
If you additionally have a background in fitness, health, or lifestyle, are familiar with Photoshop scripts to streamline retouching, have worked with motion content, e-commerce, or AI tools in your creative work, we consider this a strong bonus. We have a professional studio with extensive equipment and unlimited creative possibilities.
