You will have engaged colleagues with long experience to help you, and an organization whose expertise spans a wide range of technical areas. We collaborate multidisciplinary at Ramboll – both nationally and internationally.
At Ramboll, we believe that sustainable people create sustainable societies, which is why we constantly work on issues related to leadership, health, safety, and a good balance between work, family, and leisure.
Your main responsibilities:
- Technical lead for rock in our assignments
- Reviewer for more junior colleagues

- Contact with clients/customers regarding rock issues

When you become part of Ramboll, we will do our best to support you in your personal and professional development. To succeed in this role, we believe that:
- You have 8 years of experience in rock engineering,
- You have been a technical lead in at least 2 rock assignments,
- You are educated in the Nordic bedrock,
- You have a civil engineering degree in rock, a master's in geology, or equivalent,
It is meritorious if you have experience in bidding and marketing work, have worked on large multidisciplinary assignments for Trafikverket/FUT and their governing documents, have documented experience of AMA and preparation of construction documents/FU, and enjoy conversations with customers.
You are a person whose driving force is to achieve results and goals in assignments that provide value to the customer. Thanks to your technical focus and ability to collaborate, you succeed in meeting our customers' requirements and delivering solutions adapted to tomorrow's society. You are flexible and thrive when challenged in interesting projects that involve both local and international collaboration. For you to grow, develop, and be motivated, you view positively a leadership style that supports, coaches, and includes you in strategic decisions.
