We are now looking for a Senior Program Manager for a strategic assignment within the public sector. This role is ideal for you if you have extensive experience leading complex changes, creating structure in large initiatives, and driving strategic development in close collaboration with operations, IT, analytics, architecture, and management.

About the Assignment

You will serve as the lead coordinator for a strategic transformation focused on strengthening the organization's analytical capabilities and developing the ability to use information as a strategic resource. The assignment involves creating direction, structure, governance, and follow-up for an area that is central to the organization's long-term development.

The role is clearly focused on coordination, prioritization, and follow-up rather than operational delivery. You will work closely with several business areas and contribute to creating alignment and progress in an initiative with significant impact on the organization's governance, analytics, and digital development.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and structure work within a larger strategic change initiative
• Create direction, governance, and follow-up in close collaboration with operations, IT, analytics, architecture, and management
• Drive prioritization and coordination between multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Contribute to developing the organization's analytical capabilities and information usage
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies in a complex change environment
• Support a strategic shift from the current state to established governance and management

Requirements for the Assignment

Essential Requirements

• At least 8 years of professional experience in leading and coordinating complex changes
• At least 5 years of professional experience working with agile transformation
• At least 1 year of current professional experience in strategic development of analytical capabilities in a large organization with at least 5,000 employees
• Professional experience leading or coordinating business-critical platform migrations in large organizations with at least 5,000 employees
• Professional experience leading a critical digitalization initiative at a government agency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in creating business value with data, analytics, and AI
• Experience with platform migration
• Experience with Informatica
• Experience from a government agency with at least 10,000 employees
