We are now looking for an Industrialization Engineer for an exciting consulting assignment via Jefferson Wells! Here you will work closely with production, flows, and layout optimization in a technology-intensive environment, focusing on AutoCAD, industrialization, and efficient production processes.

Your role: Where ideas become efficient production

In this assignment, you will play a key role in developing, improving, and future-proofing production flows. You work at the intersection of technology, production, and project management, with significant responsibility for layout work and efficiency improvements.

Your main responsibilities:

• Draw and develop production layouts in AutoCAD
• Map and analyze manufacturing flows
• Identify bottlenecks and drive cost-effective improvements
• Standardize and improve processes and working methods
• Participate in and drive change and development projects
• Work with industrialization issues and NPI (New Product Introduction)
• Document production infrastructure (electricity, data, cooling, compressed air)
• Contribute to investment and production-related analyses

Is this you? Profile & Qualifications

Requirements:

• University degree in engineering or equivalent technical education
• A few years of experience in production/manufacturing industry
• Experience in electronics production
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent CAD tools
• Ability to create detailed production layouts
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience in industrialization or process development
• Project management experience within production
• Experience with NPI or change management

Personal qualities:

• Structured and meticulous
• Self-leading and proactive
• Flexible and solution-oriented
• Collaborative with good communication skills
