Mediainstallation AB is now looking for an Installation Technician / AV Technician who wants to work with the installation of digital signage, conference rooms, and professional audio and video solutions for companies and organizations.

About the role

As an installation technician, you are an important part of our team and the face of the company. You are responsible for installation and commissioning at the customer's site, ensuring that projects are carried out with high quality and a good customer experience.

The work is varied and involves both independent assignments and collaboration with colleagues. You largely plan your working days yourself and have close contact with customers, project managers, and other employees.

Your responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of digital signage solutions
• Mounting of screens, LED walls, projectors, and speaker systems
• Installation of digital conference rooms and AV equipment
• On-site customer contact and walkthrough of completed installations
• Troubleshooting and simpler maintenance tasks
• Documentation and quality assurance of completed work
• Ensuring professional execution and high customer satisfaction

We are looking for you who:

• Are technically interested and hands-on
• Enjoy working independently and taking personal responsibility
• Are solution-oriented and accustomed to finding ways forward
• Have good social skills and feel comfortable in customer contact
• Are structured and can plan your work effectively
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B) (required)

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience in installation, assembly, or maintenance work
• Knowledge of AV technology, networking, electrical work, or digital signage
• Experience in customer-facing work
