We are looking for a Game-Master who is flexible and available for sporadic hours on weekdays and weekends. Approx. 8 - 20 hours per week.
As a Game-Master, your responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers. Introducing them to the Escape Room concept and the game rules.
- Monitoring the technology that controls the games.
- Handling customers after the game and processing payments.
- Cleaning up after groups and preparing equipment for the next group.
- Answering questions or booking inquiries received via email or phone.
Your Qualifications:
- Very high social competence, as you ensure customers are satisfied with the activity regardless of their results.
- Stress resilience and the ability to handle time pressure. Sometimes high-speed work is required to keep to the schedule.
- Good English skills in both speech and writing are required, as we have many English-speaking customers.
About You:
- You are creative and bring ideas and suggestions to improve the business.
- You are comfortable in computer environments and on social media. Interest in writing blog posts is a plus.
- You communicate in flawless Swedish in speech and writing (native language). This is mandatory as you handle customer communication via email and social media.
