Do you want a key role where you combine structure, legal understanding, and operational work with information? At SigtunaHem, we are now looking for an Information and Archive Manager who wants to contribute to order, quality, and development in a company with a clear social mission.
About Us
SigtunaHem is a non-profit housing company with its headquarters in Märsta. We have approximately 78 employees and operate in an organization with short decision-making paths where collaboration and engagement are central.
We are in a development phase where business support has been consolidated into a new organization. Here, you will have the opportunity to help build structure, develop working methods, and strengthen how we handle information, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Here you will meet a family-friendly and welcoming culture where people thrive, collaborate closely, and contribute to a greater purpose – creating safe and sustainable residential areas.
About the Role
As the Information and Archive Manager, you play a central role in ensuring that SigtunaHem handles information in a correct, structured, and efficient manner. You work both operationally and with a development focus, acting as an expert and driving force in the field.
In this role, you will among other things:
- Ensure that the company follows the guidelines of the archive authority and current legislation.
- Be responsible for archiving, disposal, and the information management plan.
- Work with diary registration and the handling and release of public documents.
- Ensure compliance with the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL) and GDPR.
- Be a support to the organization in matters related to information management, data protection, and regulations.
- Develop and improve routines, processes, and working methods within the information area.
- Act as system administrator/superuser in relevant systems.
- Facilitate board work by administering meetings, invitations, and minutes.
You work closely with both management and operations and have many contact points, both internally and externally – including with the municipality's archive authority and various process owners in the organization.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in an independent role where you take responsibility, create structure, and drive issues forward. You have good pedagogical skills and enjoy supporting and guiding others in complex matters. You are confident in handling sensitive information with high integrity.
We want you to have:
- A university or college education in a relevant field (e.g., information management, archives, law, or public administration).
- A few years of experience in information management, archives, or registry.
- Experience working with the Archives Act, OSL, and GDPR.
- Experience with diary registration and document management.
- Good familiarity with digital systems for case or document management.
- Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Education or certification in data protection/GDPR.
- Experience from the public sector or municipal operations.
- Knowledge in information security or system administration.
- Experience supporting board work.
What We Offer
We offer an independent and developing role where you have significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence how we work with information management moving forward. Here, you have the opportunity to build structure and drive development work in an operation with a clear social mission. We have flexible working methods with the possibility of hybrid work, a family-friendly workplace with short decision-making paths, and engaged colleagues. We are located in beautiful premises in Märsta with good commuting options and offer a work environment where collaboration and well-being are in focus.
