Ramboll is now looking for an engaged and business-driven Team Lead for our growing geotechnical team in Stockholm. Your new role
As our new Team Lead in geotechnics, you will have an exciting and important assignment: to lead and develop our geotechnical team in Stockholm. You will play a key role in driving the team's development, strengthening the business, and leading us towards common goals.
You will become an important part of the unit's management group and work closely with other Team Leads to shape a culture characterized by trust, transparency, and shared responsibility. In your role, you support the team's development, build trust-based customer relationships, and actively contribute to shaping a sustainable and commercial future.

Through knowledge sharing and common working methods, we create a strong network that supports both individual and business development.
Your main areas of responsibility will be:
- Personnel responsibility for your team
- Recruit, coach, and develop the team's employees
- Allocate resources to projects, tender work, and internal technical development projects in close collaboration with other Team Leads and the unit manager
- Build and develop long-term customer relationships and create new business opportunities
- Lead and develop common strategies for the team, unit, and business area
About you
- Hold a university or civil engineering degree in geotechnics or a similar field
- Have several years of experience working as a geotechnical engineer
- Are passionate about leading people, developing teams, and creating value for customers and society
- Are business-driven and results-oriented with good collaboration skills
- Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
You are flexible and thrive working on exciting projects – both locally and internationally. You are motivated by seeing others grow and succeed, and have an inclusive leadership style based on support, involvement, and clear direction.
