About the role

We are now looking for consultants at ArkivIT with a special interest in electronic archives and development. You should have a background as an archivist or electronic archivist.

Within the e-archive group, we work with the implementation, development, and management of systems for electronic archiving. This includes everything from preliminary studies, requirement analyses, and functional specifications to implementation and system decommissioning. To succeed in this, we need (e-)archivists, system developers, and project managers. It is also possible to have assignments that do not include work with electronic archives, but instead focus on more traditional archivist work with paper archives.

Our clients are primarily in the public sector, ranging from municipalities to larger authorities, but we also have clients in the private sector, primarily within banking and finance.

You work closely with the client, both on-site and remotely, depending on the nature of the assignment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university education in archival science with at least 60 credits or equivalent higher-level education.
• Several years of experience as an archivist, electronic archivist, IT archivist, or in a similar role.
• Fluent spoken and written Swedish.
