About the Position

Multeral is looking for an experienced service coordinator for the office in Tyresö. Here you will have a role with a lot of responsibility, becoming a central link between customers, technicians, and administrators. You will work in a team where the pace is always high, service is the focus, and you will solve challenges together with colleagues on a daily basis. The position is suitable for you who want a varied everyday life where you make a real difference for customer satisfaction.

As a service coordinator, you will help ensure that the right technician arrives at the right place at the right time, while keeping the customer updated throughout the process. The role requires both structure, technical understanding, and a good portion of social skills.

Your Future Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning service assignments across the country. You will communicate daily with both customers and technicians to ensure that all assignments run smoothly from start to finish.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate service assignments for internal and external technicians

• Handle fault reports, customer cases, and orders via phone, email, and chat

• Follow up on ongoing cases and ensure the customer is kept informed

• Reschedule in case of deviations, e.g., illness or parental leave

• Collaborate with order reception and administration for overall delivery

• Support the billing process with correct documentation from service cases

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2–3 years of experience in service coordination or an administrative role with similar responsibilities

• Enjoys juggling multiple tasks and is used to phone and customer contact

• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and has good knowledge of English

• Has good computer skills and a technical interest

• Is structured, solution-oriented, and communicative

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the service or restaurant industry

• Previous work in systems such as Mobigo, ExFlow, or Business Central

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation or work orders
