ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for a Supply Chain Quality and Sustainability Engineer who will be part of the Configuration and Logistic Center (CLC) Quality Control team at Axis Communications on Maskinvägen in Lund. The team is responsible for quality assurance at Axis Communications' eight CLCs globally, where they support and guide each CLC's quality organization in all quality-related matters. This includes audits, supplier contacts, product inspections, and establishing processes for quality controls. The team is also responsible for communication with internal and global stakeholders and conducts investigations at the CLCs. They are also part of the Global Supply Chain organization and participate in cross-functional activities to ensure customer satisfaction.

In addition to primarily driving quality work, you will balance daily quality support with a strategic focus on environment and sustainability. You will be an important bridge between the global CLCs and the internal sustainability function. You will help drive the development towards ambitious environmental goals and broaden the team's expertise in environment and sustainability.

The role will be based in Lund, and occasional travel will be considered a natural part of the job.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

The role involves acting as a key person in quality management while actively driving and developing the company's environmental and sustainability work in collaboration with global customer logistics centers and internal sustainability functions. It includes the following tasks:

• Monitor, analyze, and improve quality results and development, both internally and globally, using statistical methods, data analysis tools, and developing processes and instructions at the CLCs (Configuration Logistics Center).
• Coordinate quality issues within your team and across Axis, as well as collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming and outgoing materials and products.
• Lead investigations of reported deviations, implement corrective and preventive actions, and drive and follow up investigations.
• Manage statistics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and actively participate in and lead improvement activities using root cause analyses (RCA), lean methods, and other proven techniques.
• Drive process improvements together with cross-functional teams with a particular focus on quality, environment, and sustainability.
• By using management systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, you ensure that our partners' quality and environmental requirements are met.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has a post-secondary education in quality management or a related field, such as environment and sustainability.
• Has knowledge related to environment and sustainability.
• Has strong skills in data analysis tools and ERP systems.
• Has a good understanding of Supply Chain and quality management principles.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written - as both languages are used in daily work.
• Has a Swedish B driver's license.

It is a merit if you have:

• Experience working in a global organization and collaborating with different cultural backgrounds.
• Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt).
