ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of Invoice Administrator, you will have significant ownership in ensuring that customer invoicing is done with the highest precision and according to applicable agreements. The role requires a balance between administrative sensitivity and strong communication skills, as you will act as the hub between technicians, salespeople, and end customers. You will be part of a close-knit and dedicated team that is collectively responsible for securing the company's revenue flow.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
As an Invoice Administrator, you will focus on ensuring a correct revenue flow through proactive management of invoicing, contract administration, and customer portals. The work involves overall responsibility for invoicing completed service work and quality assurance of documentation such as time reports, labels, and customer registers. As a central link between technicians, salespeople, and customers, you are responsible for ensuring that agreements are followed and that record maintenance is of the highest quality. In addition to daily operational work, you are expected to be a driving force in developing processes and finding new ways to streamline and improve the administrative flow.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is confident in creating structure and works with high accuracy without losing the sense of service.
- Has experience in invoicing and administration.
- Has very good system and computer skills with good knowledge of MS Office.
- Has good communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Possesses good knowledge of Excel.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with Power BI and data analysis.
- Experience working with customer portals.
