At Prosperum HVB AB, we receive boys/girls (ages 13–17) with various types of issues. It is a role that requires both structure and care – but also a team that stands by your side. We are now looking for a manager who wants to help lead our important work forward.

As a manager, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that the operations comply with permits, regulations, and maintain high quality. You lead the systematic quality work and ensure that all youths receive individualized and professional care in a safe environment. We provide abuse-specific treatment focused on preventing relapse. You report directly to the CEO and work closely with the unit manager and treatment staff.

Main responsibilities include:

Lead and develop the operations according to permits and goals

Ensure quality, documentation, and follow-up

Be responsible for admissions and discharges, as well as suitability assessments

Collaborate with authorities, schools, guardians, and other stakeholders

Prevent and follow up on deviations and incidents

Guide and support staff in daily work

You work both strategically and operationally – with the needs of the youths at the center.

Requirements

University degree (social worker, behavioral scientist, or equivalent, at least 180 credits)

Experience from HVB or similar operations

Some experience in leading or coordinating teams

Knowledge of social law (practical or through education)

Driver's license (B)

Criminal record check is required.
