As a Service Coordinator at TSG Solutions Sweden AB, you will be a key person in our helpdesk center and customer service support. About the role
In the role of Service Coordinator, you will have the main responsibility for maximizing customer satisfaction and cost optimization through:
- Call handling and work order administration
- Planning and coordinating service cases
- Improvement work and follow-up of SLA goals
You are the customer's first contact for reporting faults and ensure that tasks are completed on time and in a cost-effective manner. The role involves independent work with great room for your own initiatives and problem-solving.
You should also be able to work evenings and weekends one week per month.

Examples of tasks
- Organizing work schedules for technicians
- Managing incoming emails, work orders, and calls
- Coordinating and following up cases
- Ensuring resource planning and optimizing capacity
- Working on improving KPIs
- Administrative tasks such as mail handling

Your profile
- High school education
- Experience in customer service (preferably 1-2 years as a service administrator)
- Good administrative skills and computer proficiency
- Fluent in Swedish and good English
- Preferable: experience with IFS Applications, MS Excel, user support
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with parallel processes and are curious and proactive.
