About the job

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments, such as property development, finance, and property management, to identify opportunities where data-driven solutions, automation, or AI can enhance workflows and decision-making. You will evaluate internal systems and external solutions, implement digital tools, and contribute to building and scaling future-proof analytics or AI-driven functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support and develop IT functions, automations, and tools that improve internal workflows and business processes.

• Explore and implement practical applications of generative AI, workflow automation, and AI agents within the organization's operations.

• Design and develop digital solutions and integrations to support IT initiatives within construction development projects and property management.

• Analyze and evaluate internal and external software solutions and recommend improvements.

• Build dashboards and Business Intelligence solutions to support reporting.

• Contribute to data-driven portfolio management and decision support tools, including performance tracking and KPI monitoring.

• Assist in enabling a more structured digital transformation across the organization and best practices.

• Support stakeholders by improving digital workflows, documentation, and tool implementation.

Necessary qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in software engineering, artificial intelligence, computer science, or a related field.

• More than 1 year of experience in software development, business intelligence, automation, or AI workflows, digital solutions (or similar roles).

• Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies and the ability to deliver solutions from start to finish.

• Experience with AI tools and workflows (Large Language Models, LLM, generative AI tools, automation frameworks, Agentic AI).

• Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools.

• Ability to gather requirements, analyze systems, work across departments, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluent English communication skills (Swedish is a plus).

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with business systems used in the real estate/construction sector (ERP, procurement, finance tools).

• Experience evaluating software products and supporting vendor selection.

• Experience with low/no-code development tools and productivity platforms.

• Knowledge of property management, construction processes, or digitalization within real estate operations.

• Experience in documentation, process mapping, and supporting change management in organizations.
