Business Analyst for PLM System Teamcenter
We are looking for someone who wants to shape and drive the development and implementation of new features for the PLM system Teamcenter. About the Position
As a business analyst, you will be the bridge between operations, IT, and governance, ensuring that needs are translated into thoughtful solutions. You will be responsible for the management of systems, processes, routines, and information. You will act as a requirements setter by analyzing and concretizing the business needs and translating them into actionable requirements, priorities, and decisions. Through dialogue, workshops, and collaboration, you will create understanding, engagement, and long-term benefits. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence how we work, contribute to smarter solutions, and make Teamcenter an even stronger support for the entire organization. You will collaborate with management leaders and product owners for reporting and governance of the object.
The position is under development, and you will have the opportunity to help shape the role according to the agency's needs.
Your Responsibilities Will Also Include:
- Ensuring that the object is developed and managed in line with purpose, goals, regulations, and long-term needs
- Conducting impact and risk analyses prior to changes and decisions
- Representing FMV in various contexts
- Supporting prioritization work in management and decision-making
- Developing, managing, and conducting training within technology as well as around the object's purpose, goals, and usage
- Acting as support to operations and IT in matters concerning the object's function, development, and use
- Developing relevant KPIs and administration such as reporting risks, deviations, and needs
The position is centrally located in Stockholm. Domestic travel may occur.
About You
We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree, such as computer science, or equivalent competence acquired in another way. To succeed in this role, it is essential that you have experience in requirement setting for IT system development, implementing IT solutions in operations, analyzing business needs, and translating them into IT solutions, as well as participating in change management during IT system implementation. You have experience in measurable follow-up such as KPIs or effect measurement, leading workshops where you have also collected and analyzed data from workshops, and created training materials for IT systems. The position requires excellent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form.
It is advantageous if you have training in: project management, requirements management, change management, agile methods, process development.
If you have experience from FMV, the Armed Forces, or another complex organization that we consider equivalent, we believe it will help you in the position with us. We view positively if you have experience with PLM systems, such as Teamcenter, but it is not a requirement. Good knowledge of SharePoint and/or Excel is an advantage.

We are also responsible for project management, updating governing documents, and coordination with the Armed Forces. Within operational management, we follow up on management operations and develop working methods and training materials to support users and implement development projects.
