We work with support, operations, and networks and are now looking for skilled network technicians - both junior and senior - for several of our clients in the Stockholm area. Your Responsibilities

Regardless of whether you are senior or junior, the overarching job description of your daily life as a network technician at Eccera is - Problem Solving! You will dive deep into network-related issues of various versions and complexities. Depending on your experience and skills, you may work closely with the client on configurations or in the server room; there is also the opportunity to work more generally with distribution between these environments.

As a network technician, you will primarily work with problem-solving, but you will also work with troubleshooting, setup, and management within your area. Working with DNS/DHCP is part of your daily routine, while you will also work with VPN solutions; how exciting does that sound?

Are you, like us, someone who values security highly in all its forms? Great, then you have the opportunity to work with everything from firewalls, troubleshooting, updates to setups. But also to act quickly and think on your feet in critical situations, for example, when an alarm goes off that a network is going down, who is contacted if not you working with NOC? Yes, you read that right! We are also looking for someone who works as an NOC technician! Within NOC, you will respond to incoming alarms. If it is not a network that has gone down, it may be some other network-related issue where your primary task is to isolate the problem.

Working as a network technician at Eccera will be varied, of course, depending on your experience and which of our innovative clients you will work with.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of a network technician, we see that you are flexible as a person; you need to be ready to adapt to new environments. You have good communication skills and can express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English. With your tactical mindset, you have the ability to analytically optimize and plan. Furthermore, we would like to see that you are a team player who understands the importance of good collaboration.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a network technician
• Fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Experience with DNS/DHCP
• Knowledge of VPN tunnels, VPN clients
• WAN
• Experience configuring routers, switches, and ports

Desirable

• CCNA
