You will be employed by Poolia but will work at our client's location. Some remote work is possible by agreement with the client.

About the Position

Huddinge Municipality is looking for a project manager for an assignment with the municipal executive administration. (The role of project manager is a hybrid of bid area 3 Economy and bid area 8 IT)

The assignment will cover the line role of project manager for the RUI (accounting, procurement, and purchasing) during a parental leave period.

The assignment will be hybrid according to the client's request. An agreement regarding remote work should be made between the staffing consultant and the manager at the client.

Your Main Responsibilities

The tasks of the assignment are listed below:

• Preparation for meetings
• Inform other project managers about changes/news from RUI (Accounting, procurement, and purchasing)
• Establish project plan
• Manage cases in NSP for the project
• Collect information and communicate it further regarding e.g. Digitalization fund
• Compile inquiries related to GDPR for RUI's IT components

Who Are You?

To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria.

• Academic education or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of business economics
• Good computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in project management and the ability to structure projects and drive assignments forward
• Experience in leadership and leading through change
• Concrete experience and good knowledge of the PM3 model
• Previous experience in building structures and activating projects
• Understanding of public procurement (LOU) and the requirements it places on operations
• Good ability to create a positive collaborative climate, lead meetings and workshops to facilitate a larger group in complex issues
• Knowledge of municipal operations and how the municipal organization is structured

Great emphasis is placed on your ability to start the assignment on the specified start date.
