We are now looking to expand our team with more experienced technicians, where we help our clients ensure the operation, optimization, and development of their IT environments. We are looking for an engaged network technician who wants to take the next step in their career with our clients. You will work with operating, maintaining, and developing the client's network infrastructure, focusing on stability, security, and performance.

• Operation, monitoring, and optimization of network environments (LAN/WAN/WiFi)

• Troubleshooting network-related issues

• Implementation and administration of firewalls and VPN solutions

• Documentation of network configurations and changes

• Support for users and collaboration with internal IT teams and external vendors

Your background We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and a genuine interest in network technology. You are curious about new technology, enjoy the consulting role, and find it easy to build trust in client relationships.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Post-secondary education in IT/networking or equivalent experience

• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching

• Experience with firewalls, e.g., Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, or similar

• Understanding of IT security and network monitoring

• We prefer that you have worked as a network technician for at least 5 years

Meritorious:

• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NSE, or similar

• Experience with cloud-based network solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS, Meraki)
