Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect/Tech Lead for one of our client's departments. Their infrastructure is being digitized, and they want to realize new features flexibly and easily for their users.

They primarily work with applications on Windows and some web and backend on Linux. Their systems are only On-prem. The focus is that their backend components are built on .Net Core, with some TypeScript and React. They work with agile development methods and according to DevOps principles.

The assignment mainly involves leading the technical work for the product area Safety Operator Interface (TOI) within the department of Traveler IT Safety and Security (RITTS) at the client.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as a software developer on the .NET platform (.NET CORE and/or .NET 5 or later) within the last 7 years.
• Experience in programming in at least three (3) common programming languages, such as C#, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, Python, C++, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of documented experience being proactive in or responsible for the selection and application of test automation frameworks and common testing standards in a development team.
• At least 3 years of experience working with solution architecture and system design.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing APIs.
• At least three (3) years of experience in database design, implementation, and troubleshooting in relational databases, such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or MariaDB.
• At least 2 years of documented experience working in a Tech Lead role or equivalent, where the candidate has been responsible for technical choices, code quality, and technical coordination, as well as leading senior developers in a development team.
• At least 2 years of documented experience working with applications in an on-prem environment, where understanding of servers, storage, and networks has been relevant for the solution's design, deployment, or troubleshooting.

Desirable

• At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• At least 2 years of experience programming in React, Angular, Vue, or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing Redis or equivalent distributed cache solutions in redundant clusters.
• At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing complex solutions with a microservices approach.
