In the role of Configuration Manager, you will be responsible for driving and guiding the configuration work, including how product structures, configuration items, and associated documentation are built and maintained. An important part of the role is to manage changes related to further development, corrections, and new products, ensuring that each change is assessed from an overall perspective considering future effects.

You will be a key person in creating and maintaining order, structure, and traceability for services, products, and systems throughout their lifecycle. The work spans from early development phases and design to development, delivery, and after-sales. The role combines established work processes with the opportunity to shape how the configuration work should be conducted and developed over time.

As a Configuration Manager, you will belong to a project team that works together to meet project deadlines.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to drive both methods and projects forward. Furthermore, we believe you are confident in a coordinating role, build trust, and enjoy working systematically in complex environments.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Previous experience as a configuration manager and a good understanding of configuration processes and configuration standards

• Relevant educational background, such as in engineering, IT, or computer science

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: change management, traceability and version management, working in PLM and/or PDM systems, product lifecycle management, release and baseline management, and information management.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent
