We are looking for an E-commerce Administrator and Customer Support to assist and manage the daily operational and administrative activities of our e-commerce business. The role focuses on order management, logistics coordination, and customer support to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Administration and management of customer orders
  • Coordination of logistics and delivery flows
  • Customer support and handling of customer inquiries
  • Administration and maintenance of e-commerce platforms
  • Website administration and updating of content and products
  • Coordination with technical partners and external service providers
  • Other administrative and operational tasks related to online sales

Qualifications

  • Experience in order administration, e-commerce, or customer support is an advantage
  • Good administrative skills and structured working method
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility in daily operations
  • Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage, but not a requirement

About the position

This is a permanent position starting on February 1, 2026, with an initial probationary period of three (3) months.
