Job Description

The design team supports development teams across the organization with research and design to ensure that digital services create high customer value and contribute to business benefits. To further enhance quality and efficiency, there is a need to develop structures and processes for UX research and improve documentation and sharing of data and insights.

The assignment aims to establish and further develop ResearchOps by introducing appropriate structures, processes, and tools that enable more scalable and efficient research work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and relevant stakeholders to map needs and challenges
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement tools for UX research
• Create and manage structures for insight sharing and data storage
• Establish and document processes for recruiting and managing test participants
• Support and educate the design team in research methodology and tool usage
• Ensure that research insights are disseminated and utilized within development teams
• Act as advisory support to design management on methods, processes, and tools

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in UX research, preferably with a focus on ResearchOps
• Very good knowledge of tools and processes for collecting, documenting, and sharing data and insights
• Experience in implementing and driving research processes in larger organizations
• Good understanding of how different research methods complement each other
• Familiarity with relevant AI tools throughout the research process
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English
