We are scaling our AI capabilities and strengthening our AI engineering capacity to support the development of Generative AI and more advanced AI solutions. In this assignment, we are looking for a Junior AI/ML Engineer who wants to work practically with the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven applications across various use cases.

The role is suitable for you who have a few years of experience in AI or machine learning and who want to further develop in an environment where experimentation, learning, and collaboration are in focus. You will be part of a team with senior engineers and cross-functional competencies where you contribute operationally throughout the chain from idea to production.

In this role, you will work hands-on with Python development and the application of fundamental ML and DL concepts. You will be involved in data preparation, model training, and building and consuming AI services. The work also includes developing simpler backend services in Python, preferably with FastAPI, as well as collaborating on deployment in cloud environments.

You will contribute to the development and integration of AI solutions in various applications, with a particular focus on applied AI and generative AI use cases. The role also involves collaboration on experiments, improvements, and further development of existing solutions.

We are looking for someone with 3–5 years of experience in AI, ML, or related fields and who has excellent skills in Python. You have a good understanding of machine learning and deep learning, experience in data preprocessing and model training, and some familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

You have a genuine interest in Generative AI and applied AI solutions and preferably have experience deploying or consuming AI services. Experience with serverless environments like Azure Functions or AWS Lambda is a plus, but not a requirement.

You are curious, hands-on, and have a strong desire to learn. You thrive in collaboration with others, are comfortable working closely with senior engineers, and take feedback constructively. You are communicative, responsible, and have a solution-oriented approach to both technology and collaboration.
