For a project, we are now looking for someone with a few years of experience in support and on-site work, with a genuine interest in wanting to develop. You are accustomed to handling cases in case management systems, working with troubleshooting, configurations, and hardware installation.

Requirements:
- good knowledge of iOS and MS Office, AD
- experience working with cloud-based solutions focusing on Azure
- Experience in on-site support
- Proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

It is also advantageous if you have:
- relevant post-secondary education or certification in IT
- knowledge of Powershell
- experience with the case management system Easit
- experience in government agencies
- knowledge of video conferencing room equipment
