Job Description

We are looking for a release coordinator / scrum master with a focus on the PEGA platform.

In this role, you will coordinate releases between teams spread across different units and departments working with applications in PEGA.

You will help establish agile working methods in a team that is growing in size and responsibilities, and take on the role of scrum master. You will further develop workflows, communication, and documentation within release coordination for the Pega development team. You will coach the platform team in finding agile working methods that fit a team with multiple responsibilities and review the routines related to the scrum master role. The assignment also includes assisting product management in technical tasks within PEGA.

Mandatory Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of documented experience in modern IT development.
• You have at least 3 years of documented experience working as a project/release coordinator in a larger organization/public administration.
• You have at least 2 years of documented experience in QA and agile testing methods.
• You have at least 1 year of documented experience with the ITIL framework.
• You have the ability to communicate in Swedish both verbally and in writing.

Desirable

• You have knowledge and understanding of Pega as a development platform.
• You have experience in case management.
• You have experience working within an authority with more than 1,000 employees.
• You have certification in ITIL.
