Future People is now seeking an experienced UX Research Operations Specialist who wants to be employed as a consultant with us and work on a strategic assignment with a client in Stockholm. The assignment aims to strengthen ResearchOps through clear structures, efficient processes, and the right tool support for UX research in a larger organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving the ResearchOps work together with design teams, development teams, and stakeholders. You will enable research to be conducted efficiently, documented systematically, and insights to be shared and utilized within the organization.

Your tasks will include, among others:

• Mapping needs and challenges together with designers, researchers, and stakeholders

• Evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of research tools

• Establishment and management of structures for insight sharing and data storage

• Creation and documentation of processes for recruiting test subjects

• Support and training of the design team in research methodology and tools

• Ensuring that research insights are disseminated and used in development teams

• Advisory support to design management regarding methods, processes, and tools

• Has several years of experience in UX research, preferably with a focus on ResearchOps

• Has very good knowledge of tools and processes for collecting, documenting, and sharing data and insights

• Has experience in implementing and driving research processes in larger organizations

• Has a good understanding of how different research methods complement each other

• Is familiar with relevant AI tools throughout the research process

• Has excellent collaboration and communication skills in Swedish

• Is independent, structured, and proactive

• Is pedagogical and communicative and is driven to create order and help others succeed

It is a plus if you have experience from banking and/or insurance.
