We are now looking for summer substitutes for one of our clients in Rättvik. 

Who are you? 

As a person, you need to be confident in yourself, able to adapt to different situations, and have a strong sense of integrity. You will work actively based on the client's needs. You should have a high work ethic and sense of responsibility.

About the position: 

We are looking for summer substitutes who will cover regular assistants' shifts during the summer, but it may also occur that we hire some as on-call staff who step in when someone is sick. We prefer that you can be introduced to several of our clients, e.g., in Falun, so flexibility and the ability to meet different types of clients is a big plus. It is a significant advantage if you can step in and work at short notice. 

The clients:

Our client living in Rättvik is a child with significant care needs, and you will need to learn to work according to very clearly defined guidelines and interpret the client's signals. Pets are present in the home. 

Experience: 

It is an advantage but not a requirement that you have experience working in care and support, preferably as a personal assistant. In your application, I would like you to tell us about yourself, as it is the client who chooses their assistant, we will place great emphasis on personality and chemistry. You will receive the necessary introduction and training on-site with the client. 

Schedule:

All clients have different schedules; there are both day and night shifts as well as shorter shifts during the day and evening. With some clients, you will work completely independently, while with others, there may be double assistance. Please clearly state in your application the times of day you are available to work. 

Desired qualifications:

-Experience in care and support

Requirements: 

- Good Swedish in spoken and written form
