Childcare Worker / Kitchen Assistant – Substitute as Needed

Rodret preschool and school is looking for three warm and engaged substitutes as needed who can work as childcare workers and/or kitchen assistants in our operations.

Rodret preschool & school is an independent organization located in Tungelsta. We operate, in a parent cooperative form, preschool for ages 1-5, preschool class, after-school care, and primary school up to grade three.

Our shared view of children, knowledge, and approach forms the basis of the entire operation. At Rodret, children's participation is important to us. Together, we create a learning, developing, and enjoyable everyday life. We prioritize outdoor play on our wonderful yard and spend a lot of time in the forest and countryside.

We also incorporate environmental thinking into our operations with waste sorting, composting, nature and outdoor life, as well as cultivation in our garden.

Job Responsibilities:

• As a childcare worker: work together with educators in the child group, contribute to a safe and stimulating environment.
• As a kitchen assistant: assist with meal preparation, serving, dishwashing, and cleaning according to applicable routines.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is responsible, flexible, and has good collaboration skills.
• Enjoys working with children.
• Has a positive attitude and can step in at short notice.
• Previous experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
