The Health and Care Administration provides services, support, care, and assistance to the elderly and people with disabilities and is responsible for regulatory activities according to applicable legislation. The administration operates within elderly care, LSS, social psychiatry, health care, support for relatives, and regulatory activities. All work is performed with the resident in focus based on the value foundation; respect, participation, trust, and safety. Together we make each other better and work to achieve the vision of the Health and Care Administration: quality of life throughout life.
The department for LSS and social psychiatry is responsible for services, support, care, and assistance for people with disabilities. The operations include personal assistance, daily activities, group and service housing, short-term stays for children and youth, companions, respite care, and contact persons, as well as social psychiatry with housing, employment, meeting places, and housing support. A total of about 250 employees work within the department for LSS and social psychiatry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for someone who is attentive and responsible with a positive attitude. The work as a personal assistant requires maturity and the ability to empathize with another person's situation. As a substitute, you will replace regular staff during both planned absences and at short notice. The work as a personal assistant may occur at any hour of the day, which requires flexibility.
A fixed-term employment in the form of a so-called PAN employment linked to the assignment will be applied.
QUALIFICATIONS
We prefer that you are a nursing assistant or have equivalent education. Experience as a personal assistant is an advantage. You have very good knowledge of the Swedish language and a good ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing. We also prefer that you are accustomed to working in various digital systems, especially for documentation and reporting. It is an advantage if you have a B driver's license and access to your own car.
You are a responsible person with great commitment and integrity and can distinguish between being private and professional. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and interest in working with disabilities. You are structured, self-assured, and good at collaborating. You are solution-oriented and see opportunities in changes.
