About the assignment:
A future teenage boy living with his family in Täby is looking for a male friend with similar interests. His biggest interest is gaming - primarily Roblox! We want you to get to know each other through the gaming world and eventually motivate him to leave the house. He has a speech disorder which means he needs time to express himself and requires short and clear communication in return. Currently, OCD is his major challenge, and he has a strong need for cleanliness. He has rituals he needs to perform to avoid frustration. As he is sensitive, he can easily misinterpret situations and may become outwardly aggressive (mainly within the family or with authoritative figures).

About you:
To be a suitable friend figure, we see that you are a man in your 20s, preferably without facial hair. You should have experience working as a teaching assistant or in a special needs school, and experience with NPF is a must. We expect you to be gentle in your approach and to understand what low-arousal interaction means.

About the position:
Approximately 26 hours/month, 1-2 weekdays (after school) and every Sunday. Start as soon as possible.

As an escort, you will accompany a client with a disability on various activities. This may involve shopping, visiting a museum, or perhaps having a coffee. As a respite provider, you will relieve family members, for example, a child with a disability at home or in the local area. This can be to give parents some personal time with other siblings.

According to the law on background checks and God Omsorg's policy, anyone working with minors must present a certificate from the police's criminal and suspicion register before employment.
