We are now expanding our operations in the Stockholm area and are therefore looking for family therapists, supervisors for treatment families, and youth therapists for our assignments within structured home-based treatment.

Assignment:

The assignment involves you, together with your team: Coordinator, Family Therapist, Supervisor, and Youth Therapist, being responsible for providing the best conditions for development and change in families at home and also for placed children in treatment families. We work on behalf of the social services, and each case is unique, and you may belong to different teams with various roles. There is a treatment leader who has the main responsibility for structuring and leading the treatment work forward in the teams.

Information about the position:

Location: Stockholm and surrounding areas

Working hours: Based on assignments, on-call duty included

Scope: Based on assignments

Start: Immediately or by agreement

Employment type: Permanent with a six-month probationary period

Requirements:

• Social worker or behavioral scientist
• Work experience within the target group
• Driver's license (B) and access to a car

Meritorious:

• We prefer that you have at least three years of experience in treatment work.
• Step-1 training or other advanced training.
• Experience working in teams with a relational and systemic focus.

Personal qualities:

As a person, you are secure and relationship-building. You believe in the inherent power of individuals and their ability to change. You should enjoy working both in teams and independently. The treatment work is largely done alone, but in each case, you are part of a team with frequent team meetings and a common goal moving forward with the various parts of the family system.
